After a brief hiatus from the music scene, minister Joshua Oyetunde is back with a new sound. Making his birthday is a sound that’s new and fresh. The new sound is part of a series of a live recording project coming soon in an album project.

Speaking about the new song, Joshua said, the Lord gave me the melody to Psalm 40:1-3 many years ago. As at then, it was just a verse of the Bible turned to song. Over the years, I’ve been through many pit experiences. The Lord however, brought me out with a mighty hand that clearly shows he’s at work.

It is my belief and prayer that at the sound of this song, your pit-experience terminates in the name of Jesus.

Intro:
Jehovah has put a new song in my mouth,
A song of praise unto his name,
Many will, many will, many will, many will see,
And put their trust in my God.

Verse

I waited patiently,
Patiently on my God,
He inclined his ears to me,
And he heard my cry,
He brought me out of the pit,
Out of the miry clay,
He placed my feet upon the rock,
He established my steps
Hu…hu…hu

Chorus
He has put a new song in my mouth,
A song of praise unto our God,
Many will see and they will fear,
And put their trust in the Lord.
