Terrible explosion occurred this Wednesday morning when a petrol tanker rammed into other vehicles in kogi state as over 30 people were burnt alive at that spot.
The incident happened at exact 8:30am on Wednesday at Felele, Lokoja.
This incident left victims helpless as they burnt beyond recognition, including a family of six burnt to ashes in a Toyota Sienna bus.
Among the casualties, were Kogi State Polytechnic students, school bus conveying primary and secondary school students, residents and passersby.
It was also recorded that more than 10 vehicles were burnt to ashes at the scene of the incident.
The personnel of the Federal Road Safety Corps,(FRSC), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps,(NSCDC) and fire fighters were present at the scene to control the situation.
