Purity Orji is a Nigerian gospel musician, song writer, and performer. She was born on the 3rd of April to a family of four(4). A graduate of Economics from the University of Calabar, Cross River State. She started her music career in the year 2017 with her debut single ‘You Love Me’.
She is a Christian with a deep love for God. In her own words, ‘I’m a beautiful love person, self-expressive, and…oh!, the father’s love drives me’. Born with a talent for singing, music became a natural course for her because according to her, ‘the thing about talent is that it keeps pulling you’. So music for her, is a call to minister to, and bless men’s lives, thereby fulfilling purpose.
The song “You Love Me” is her first single and a prelude to other great singles that will follow subsequently. It is a reggae/pop mix and definitely different from anything you have ever heard.
