A mother confessed this Saturday of killing her three young daughters in an apartment in Vienna, without giving a motive, an Austrian police said.
The 31-year-old mother called the emergency services in the early hours saying she wanted to kill herself, and when police arrived at the scene they found the bodies of an eight-month-old baby and a three-year-old girl.
The Police said, The woman’s nine-year-old daughter was taken to hospital but was unable to be saved, adding that the mother had some minor injuries herself.
According to local media reports, the three girls were suffocated to death.
